Individual Session (50-minutes) – $200
Couples and Family Sessions (75 minutes) – $275
Insurance
Although I do not accept insurance, you will receive a monthly statement of services that you can submit to your PPO type plan for possible reimbursement.
Intake Form
I ask my new clients to complete an Intake Form. It will be emailed to you before your first appointment or you can complete it at the office.
